Barrett Rodda2023-02-17My girlfriend and I have a cat that loves to throw up, especially on anything carpeted. Austin recommended the "Amazing new carpet/rug spot & stain remover" by Simonian. It was my girlfriend's birthday and Valentine's Day, so our cat had plenty of flowers to get into. One night, we came home to three different throw up spots, on the carpet... of course. We used the Simonian spray that Austin recommended and we were able to clean the spots a lot easier and faster than we ever did with Folex or any of those other carpet sprays. We'd show you a before and after but nobody wants to see cat puke! Thanks for your help Austin! Great service and expertise.

I don't mind dropping off & picking up whatever I have to be worked on rather than paying for that. It also allows me an opportunity to see 1st hand what their facilities are like.

Ian Beed2020-11-08Been coming here for years. They do a terrific job cleaning our rugs and have purchased several high quality antique Persian rugs from Cesar. When buying rugs we have shopped around and have haven't found a place that competes with Simonian on quality and price. They don't have the largest selection of rugs, but what they have is well curated. Simonian is the only place we go to for purchasing new rugs and cleaning our existing rugs in San Francisco.
